Originally built in 1925, this home was refurbished from the ground up, literally.
Taking the frame of the old home, the home was restumped and replastered. The classic pressed metal ceilings on the ground floor have been lovingly restored and a second storey was added. By repitching the whole roof, this second storey features attic style bedrooms, reminiscent of classic American architecture.

An extension was also created at the back of the home to include extra rooms on the second storey and a garage.
