Two separate homes on two separate titles, each with their own style.

 

With this project, the main focus was attention to detail.

 

While being built at the same time, both homes have specific colours and brickwork on the front facing walls to create their own identities.
With one home built for a retired couple, and the other for a first home buyer, this development was a great showcase of what you can do with a split block.
